When booking, please review all of my policies and consideration info before filling out the contact form.
If you are a new client, you must complete the booking form in order to book an appointment. No screening/booking form = no appointment.
If you are a returning client, you may bypass the screening form and book your appointment.
Deposits are mandatory to secure your appointment.
If you are uncomfortable with making a deposit online, please contact me directly via email@example.com to discuss payment options.
Showers upon arrival are mandatory.
Please clean your hands thoroughly, bacteria hides under your fingernails!
Mouthwash is available, please use it!
I reserve the right to cancel our appointment and if your hygiene is not satisfactory.
Upon arrival, please leave the consideration on the table or in plain view. You may use a plain envelope, book or card to keep the consideration in. If you have made an online deposit, this amount will be deducted from the consideration.
*Please note, I do not "make change". Come prepared with the correct amount.
If I need to cancel or reschedule our appointment I will always notify you with a minimum of 24 hours notice by email.
If there is an emergency and I must cancel our appointment last minute, your deposit will be returned immediately and we can discuss rescheduling to another date.
If you need to cancel our date I will require 24 hours notice, your deposit will be held, and put towards a future date.
If you do not provide 24 hours notice, your deposit is forfeit and you will be required to pay a new deposit in order to rebook our appointment.
If you are a "no call/no show", your deposit is forfeit and you will be required to pay the cancellation fee of $150 in order to reschedule a new date.
If you do not pay the cancellation fee to reschedule our date, you will be blacklisted.
